EUC readers may recall a little while back reports of an “Untitled SW Game Novel” page being up at Del Rey and Random House. Well, it seems it may be a tie-in novel to the recently announced “Star Wars: The Old Republic” video game.
When asked, “Is there any chance that the Untitled Game Novel is somehow connected with the just announced The Old Republic?,” Sue Rostoni replied,
“There is some chance of that, yes. There’s also some chance it’s connected with some other secret game title.”
Now, it’s interesting to note that the only other Star Wars MMO, “Galaxies,” had a tie-in novel as well. We’ll keep you updated!

If true, this had better be better than The Ruins of Dantooine. Than was one of the worst ever EU books…right along there with Crystal Star. Blech.

I would like to know more of The Old Republic itself. Finally being a tie-in-novel with the
game too. Will this be connected to Darth Bane or just about the Old Republic by itself?

Ruins of Dantooine was one of the WORST books to released in the EU despite my hatred for Karen Travis for what she did to Mara Skywalker even I have to admit her Republic Commando stuff is better then that book I have played the Force Unleashed but I have not read the book yet so I can not judge it yet another Old Republic novel I know there is that one in 2 years about Nomi Sunrider is this the same book or a different one entirely or is this tied to the last Darth Bane book another game book I have seen a lot of these lately well in any case I hope it is good
