EUC readers may recall that a little while back editor Sue Rostoni talked about the cover of the upcoming “Blood Oath,” mentioning that it will feature Zekk as “rugged and handsome.” Well, author Elaine Cunningham recently got a hold of it and here’s what she had to say about it on her personal blog:
“UPS just delivered a package of cover flats for my upcoming Star Wars book. The design is flat-out gorgeous. Zekk is flat-out gorgeous. The color scheme is NOT PINK, which in and of itself is sufficient occasion for glee, but I’ve gotta say, the use of color on this cover is wonderful.
I love this cover. Love. It. ”

i would love to see the cover of “Blood Oath”!
i hope its very cool. Seeing only 1 character on the front and back.
That way i would put it in my desktop computer.
i’ll be coming back every day to check on elaine cunningham of SW:BLOOD OATH.

I am getting tired of being teased about book covers show them if you got them I say stop teasing the fans damn it do we even know what this book is going to be about I know Zekk and Tenel Ka’s twin cousins are in it but what is it about and how does it fit into Fate of the Jedi
Zekk has always been Jaina Solo’s pretty boy side kick to me I know his back-story is interesting enough after all he is or was the Darkest Knight of the Shadow Academy but seriously what has he done since then that did not involve Jaina in some way I can’t think of anything
I do not know maybe it is just because I am bias because I am a fan of Jag Fel it is kind of like in the old days of cheering for Mara Jade over Calista Ming yeah Zekk kind of hits me the same way Calista did Mara was and is more interesting then Calista was and is a better fit for Luke in my opinion well I think Jag is more interesting then Zekk Jag is for all intents and proposes the new leader of the Empire and I think eventually the first Fel Emperor and he was interesting even before that possibility he was cool enough being the successor to his father Tyr Fel in Zekk’s defense I do like him more then Calista he is a Jedi and I will read the book and who knows I may like him more after reading this I actually would like to see how he does without Jaina backing him up it might make him stand out for once that said I still think Jag is a better fit for Jaina and I think Zekk should get with one of the twins instead just my opinion
