TOR Toys & Comics Coming in the Future?

According 1up.com, recent comments made by LucasArts’ online director Tom Nichols hint at the possibility “The Old Republic” getting toys as well as possible comics. Nichols stated that Lucasfilm has plenty planned for the Kotor era and that means “[comic books], action figures and all kinds of things.”

Now, we are aware that a novel will be released to coeincide with TOR’s release, as confirmed by Sue Rostoni not too long ago. Recent action figures by Hasbro have been leaning more toward the Expanded Universe, in fact, Revan and Malak figures we released and Bastila Shan came close to becoming one only two years ago. The comics, however, are a little more interesting– with the current Kotor comic series out, I’m assuming that they will do a mini-series or graphic novels like with “The Clone Wars.” More, of course, on this development as we get it.
