It has been announced that Tom Taylor will be releasing a new comic, published by Dark Horse, this summer. The comic will be titled “Darth Maul: Death Sentence” and will feature Savage Opress as well as his brother, Darth Maul. You can view the cover after the break.

Although the artist has yet to be announced, renowned comic artist Dave Dorman (Crimson Empire, Dark Empire, Tales of the Jedi) has drawn the first cover. The comic will be about Maul and Opress fighting their way through the Outer Rim to find their way to a wealthy mine owner, who has commissioned a legion of bounty hunters and mercenaries to claim the bounty on Maul’s head.
Issue #1 of Death Sentence will be released on July 25, 2012.
