As we reported earlier, game developer Free Radical (rumored to be in development of Star Wars: Battlefront III) has been closed.  What does that mean for the sequel to one of the best Star Wars games?  Well, according to GamesIndustry.biz, Battlefront III has been handed over to the Rebellion… no, really.  I’m serious.  It has been given to a game developer called Rebellion.

Of course, this begs the question: did LucasArts say “Help us Rebellion… you’re our only hope!” before putting them in charge of the game?
