Brent Friedman, a writer for The Clone Wars, has announced on Twitter that The Clone Wars TV series has been nominated for “Best Animated TV Series” by the TV Critics’ Association.

The announcement for the award will be sometime in July, during the TV Critics Association’s July Press Tour.
