Site Updates: 12/21/08 (Updated)

Greetings, EUC readers! Your friendly neighborhood public relations person here to let you in on all the happenings here on EU We have a quite a few things this week; first, you may have noticed that the slideshow is larger than usual. Yes, we did that; no, your eyes and/or browser are not broken. We are trying the new look and are asking for your input--starting later today our poll will focus on the slideshow and your reaction to it--good, bad, or otherwise. The EUC staff simply asks that readers take a few seconds and vote so we can decide the best course of action based on the readers as well as logic. Also, EUC is proud to announce the newest addition to its staff: Ted M. You may have already noticed his articles, but Ted will be writing as a video game news reporter here on EUC. Please feel free to extend a warm welcome to Ted in the comments of this post. There are still plenty of jobs opened, so feel to apply for something you're interested in within our "Jobs" forum on the EUC message boards. I also have an interview update for those interested: The Sue Rostoni interview announced a few weeks back is still on. It's incredibly busy around LucasBooks this time a year but we are expecting the interview sometime around January 6, 2009. Don't worry, however, as another interview will be announced next Sunday. That will do it for this week--Please be aware that Tuesday, December 23 at 1:00 PM EST EU Cantina will be down to content maintenance. We expect it will take around an hour. *Update: A new book review for Death Star by Tom P. can be found on our reviews page here. Be sure to check it out and look for more reviews in the future.
