Who is more dangerous? The people who killed Boba Fett or the one avenging him? Fett’s avenger is on a mission to kill those responsible. But, he may not realize this game of revenge is about more than just Boba Fett.
The killer of killers has tracked his next target to the Imperial stronghold of Blackfel. With only a few thousand of the Empire’s best troops between him and his target it should be no problem, right? Not even a brief confrontation with Lord Vader is enough to stop him.
Meanwhile, Connor Freeman, who was placed on Concord Dawn for his own protection, may have found himself closer to the center of the action than expected.
The story is fast paced and smartly written. It’s funny and witty, but doesn’t need to constantly throw one liners and jokes at us. The action is exciting and keeps you guessing about the character’s next move.
As a 501st member, I really enjoyed the scene with a Stormtrooper Captain calling out an imposter in their ranks. Troopers can identify each other even without removing their helmets.
The story builds to a cliffhanger, and the promise of the next issue’s exciting finale.
