This week the Sith show everyone their might on Wednesday with the releases of Darth Vader and the Ninth Assassin #2 and the trade paperback collection of Darth Maul – Death Sentence. The titular Ninth Assassin is giving Vader and the Empire a lot of trouble this issue, with even the Emperor advising Vader to take caution against this mysterious adversary. Darth Maul – Death Sentence is noteworthy for taking place between seasons 4 and 5 of The Clone Wars, showing what the recently resurgent Darth Maul and his brother Savage Opress were up to as they began making their presence known in the galaxy.
