Sign Up for the TOR Beta!

Star Wars The Old RepublicLucasArts and BioWare have started accepting tester applications for Star Wars: The Old Republic! The official site appears to have returned for good, so go sign up now, while there is still a chance!

From Starwars.com:

Limited testing slots are reserved for The Old Republic Community members, so those interested need only sign up at http://www.swtor.com/user/account if they haven’t already. Once signed in, members can log in and click the My Account page to opt in for testing. Testing will be an ongoing process, and spots are limited, so people need to sign up early to give them the best possible chance of getting selected.

Update – How to sign up:

Destructoid seems to have found more details on how to sign up:

The process sounds fairly standard: fill out your information, upload a DxDiag file, and sit around and wait hoping that you’re chosen to participate.

LucasArts has said that there will be a limited amount of people accepted (big surprise), and that the earlier you sign up, the better your chances are of being chosen. In order to register, you need to make an account at the website and select ‘pre-release testing option’ from the account page.
