please karen one more to tie things up!! so many questions left unanswerd Sev dead or alive? does darman and niner make it back to mandalore reunited with his son? this is a load of kriffing osik i was actally drew in as if it existed in real life. we should march into george lucas”s home and kick his shebese until he lets karen travvis continue thye series im actually crying as i type this im a adike who wants to know more!!!!

Wow! This is so disheartening, this was my favorite series ever and now its going down the drain because of that gay kid cartoon. What a load of ossik. I must have at least 1 more novel to tie things up, I MUST! At least tell me if Darman gets to see Kad and all his brothers again…

Mando’s as PACIFISTS?!

That bloody KILLS a crap-ton of the Extended Universe including large portions of FULL LENGTH NOVELS

Also in a more personal note in the past few years (since 2001/02 at least) the Mando’s have been a sort of Earth-link to our military men & women serving overseas….now you tell me they are a bunch of PACIFISTS?!

And to top it all off your company (yes LUCAS BOOKS is owned by GEORGE LUCAS) decides to essentially HACK OFF a half-finished series with potential for greatness for a second-rate CARTOON plot twist, that let’s face it probably isn’t going to run much past this next year (2010-2011). If it WAS it wouldn’t be on the CHILDREN’s CARTOON NETWORK.

P.S. The Mando’s as pacifists also make ZERO sense canonically….watching it on the TV I was honestly WINCING the whole time trying to make SOME sense of it

RK, they do discover a way to end accelerated aging, it’s revealed in Revelation in the Legacy of the Force series when Boba comes across Jaing. What happens in between from 501st to Revelation will prob never be known….fml

there are too many un-tied plots like what happens to Darman and Niner when they go to Mandalore, also does Kal Skirata and the Clone Desesrters are discovered????? a shame the book is cancelled..

I jsut heard about this recently while looking for a release date on the new novel.

I just started reading the last book, and now I’m hoping for a drastic measure so I can figure out how the story ends.

I found the RC series an incredible read, and it was the only series(besides left behind) that actually kept my genuienly ( I know I spelled that wrong.) interested, not just a “ugh, when will this series end, I can’t put it down cause I have to know how it ends” deal but a “I’m interested and I must know how it ends!” deal. so I’m very dissappointed that something couldn’t be worked out to find I may never know what happens to Niner and Dar, and if they can stop there acclerated aging.

I’ve loved star wars since episode one was released(ummm, yea, I’m only 17). And it’s sad that a good story, is being over run but a second rate cartoon.

You will be missed Imperial Commando book 2!

the commando series by karen traviss is the only reason i have begun reading star wars novels again, and they kept me entertained when i was over seas. the mandolorians are a favorite to me now and with all the past history given should not be touched.
But what can i say, r2d2 is no longer a new droid, the headhunter starfighter is outed for the arc figthers, force is given into science, quigon jinn never vanishes like he should of going back to the force( and in the cartoon he is seen with anakin near a tree which could not have happened, so where is he hiding since he cant be dead), amadala who had an alternate identity called padme is now called padme as her real first name (not much of a secret identity), gredo shooting first, and the list continues on changed, conflicing, or just plain messed up new story arcs.
