The “Children’s Bookshelf”, Publishers Weekly’s newsletter, has some great news about a possible new series and an “Art Of Star Wars” title. Here’s the link to their page; just scroll down a bit and you’ll see the Star Wars article. It provides alot of information about many things, so be sure to check it out. One of the things it mentions is an “Art of Star Wars” novel, and while it doesn’t technically have Star Wars at the end, we can assume for now that’s a possible title.

The next thing it covers is very exciting. To quote the article itself:

“Meanwhile, classic Star Wars publishing will continue; Scholastic will introduce a new series next year.”

With Scholastic being generally geared towards children, it’s possible that a YJK-type post-LOTF series might be in the works. We know many people have been wanting something like that for awhile now, so it’s definitely possible. Nothing as of yet is official, but it seems likely another series would be out next year.
