The following is a report from the The Force Unleashed 2 panel from Star Wars Celebration V. Information was reported by EUCantina staff from the panel, via Twitter or email. Be ready for more updates as the week continues!
- Packed room for TFU II. Some exclusives coming.
- Again, sound at Digital Stage is amazing. Great as they reshow TFU II trailer.
- Going over story basics, including all known clone info. Starkiller still has memories of TFU I.
- Spoiler – Starkiller starts off fighting proxy like droids to test him. One turns into Juno, and he can’t kill her. He then escapes Kamino.
- Spoiler – Starkiller steals Vader’s TIE Advanced to escape Kamino.
- Spoiler – Cato Neimodia battle arena, where Kota has been stuck fighting for 7 days.
- Spoiler – Starkiller and Kota fight the Garog in a freefall. Starkiller smashes through its body.
- Clip of Yoda in TFU II showed. Same clip that surfaced online yesterday.
- Starkiller has visions in the cave on Dagobah of other Starkillers and bad things happening to Juno.
- Clip of Boba and Vader being shown.
- Starting up the Xbox for gameplay. Looks good. Many graphics improvements.
- Starkiller is not just cutting the stormtroopers. Arms and leg removal and decapitation included.
- LucasArts is showing off the peripherals for #TFU2… is that a PS Move controller?
- Vader has trouble letting go of things… including Starkiller.
- You get to steal Darth Vader’s TIE Advanced X-1.
- Decapitated Kowakian Monkey Lizard confirmed for #TFU2.
- The Gorog eats Rancors for breakfast.
- The Rogue Shadow has been revamped.
- As recently announced, Yoda and Dagobah will be in #TFU2. They look amazingly good!
- In #TFU2, Starkiller doesn’t know who Yoda is. It’s very similar to ESB.
- Vader wants his clone and TIE fighter back. Boba Fett is brought in to help.
- It’s time for a gameplay demo. Cato Neimoidia.
- #TFU2 looks amazing! Challenge mode looks cool.
- Better multiplayer in the Wii version of #TFU2. No multiplayer on Xbox 360 and PS3.
- No DLC announcements at this time.
- Moral choices are back in #TFU2.
- #TFU2 game length will be similar to the first game… challenge modes will extend the length even more.
