A great new video has been released by Crunch Gear showing exclusive footage of The Force Unleashed for the iPhone.
It’s a very cool game and an ingenious way of using the touchscreen. The accelerometer is only used to switch gameplay from landscape to portrait at any time. It’s still a work in progress and won’t be released until September 16, but we didn’t notice any glitches. I can say without a doubt that this is going to be a hot, hot game for the iPhone/iPod platform.

We talked about this pretty extensively on TSP #34 this week. Jared has an iPhone and I have an iPod Touch, and we give the low-down on the new app store and what we think this game is and could be. Cheers guys!
