Fate of the Jedi Rumors

Posted August 12th, 2008 by Andrew

For a few weeks now, rumors about the possible “Fate Of The Jedi” book series have been appearing on forums, and even in the comment section on EUC where the book was announced. Right now, all we have is Amazon’s entry and Sue telling EUC that she can’t say anything about it yet and that they can’t count pages for a book that hasn’t been written yet. However, as stated above, there are still rumors galore right now about the possible series all around the web. Club Jade.net has a full run-down of the rumors surrounding the possible “Fate of the Jedi” series, which can be seen here. Check it out if you’d like to put your speculation hat on, and then head over to the “Fate of the Jedi” thread on our forums to discuss with fellow fans these rumors.

Argh…. I don’t think I want to know what this is about. It either will take place between Episodes 3 & 4 where what became of the Jedi will be changed from what Obi-Wan told us in Episode 4 back in 1977 or it will take place after LotF where all events lead to the Sith taking over the galaxy…neither doesn’t sound all that appealing to me, but…. :)

I hope this is better then LOTF. As an overall story LOTF was hard for me to read. I hope there is more to the story then a meaningless war and a civil war within the Skywalker/Solo family. I hope that there is more to this then that. I am tired of seeing deaths for the sake of deaths. There was a time all I wanted to know is what is going to happen next. Now all I wonder is who is going to die next and it is very depressing,
