Clubjade.net has spotted a new summary for the Scholastic series we reported awhile back.  We also have a name; Rebel Force.  The summary goes as follows:

“It is a critical moment in the struggle between the Rebels and the Empire: the Force itself hangs in the balance, and all the hopes of the galaxy depend on the adventures of Luke Skywalker, Princess Leia, Han Solo, and a host of other heroes. . . . ”

Interesting.  Guess it’s not Legacy-era, like alot of us were hoping, but it still sounds cool.  The page count right now is 176, while the release date is January 1st, 2009.  What’s with all the books being released around that time?!

Clubjade had just found out the schedule for a few upcoming books.  First, Patterns Of The Force, the third book in the Coruscant Nights trilogy, has been moved back to January 17th, probably due to the fact that Michael Reeves, the author of the entire series, has health issues he’s dealing with at the moment.

Also, the paperback reprint of Death Star will come out November 11th, while the paperback reprint of Darth Bane: Rule Of Two is going to come out October 28th.
