Summary
Issues #11-12

On the planet Telerath, a banknig world that looks like a vacation spot, Jarael and Camper, disguised as Chantique and Baron Margryph. They meet a bank represnetative, Arvan who is said to be the best although he is new. The reason why Jarael and Camper are here is to get Hierogryph’s frozen account withdrawn so the fugitive team can get some funds. The account was frozen following the “Padawan Masssacre” on Taris. Camper proves that he isn’t Hierogryph and supplies the account number to get the money.

As Arvan leads Jarael and Camper to the Dispute center, two Ithorians, Del and Dob, the Moomo Brothers, are hiding in the bushes. They are not the brightest Ithorians, but they are bounty hunters supposed to keep their eyes on a prey. However, watching Jarael, Camper, and Arvan, one of them being a prey, the Moomo Brothers get in an argument about family and each other, losing track of the three. They rush to find them, leaping out and surprising them. Jarael beats them back, telling them to leave her and Camper alone. So, instead, they grab Arvan and take off.

Alerted to the trouble, Gryph and Zayne leave the ship to meet with Jarael and Camper to save their banker. Zayne corners one of the Ithorians, but gets distracted and knocked aside. As the Ithorian takes off again, Zayne exchanges words with the banker, recognizing him as Zayne’s father.

The Moomo Brothers return to their ship and get into contact with Master Raana, the Togruta Jedi Master. Raana grows very angry at the Moomo Brothers, telling them the point of watching Arvan as a trap is now ruined. The brothers get into a fight with each other for failing after Raana cuts the connection and Dob comes out on top, leaving Del to watch the prisoner as he goes out for a drink.

Zayne meets back up with Jarael and the others, telling them that the banker is his father. Zayne doesn’t know why his father is here or why he is kidnapped, but Jarael tells him it’s a way for the Masters to get to Zayne. Gryph decides to go out to find the Moomo Brothers, knowing their reputation and how they work.

Gryph heads to the nearest bar where Dob is indeed at. Gryph brings over several drinks for his friend and tells him that Zayne Carrick is on Telerath. Gryph convinces the Ithorian in an exchange and a break away for Dob from his brother. The “hammered hammerhead” agrees and tells Gryph to meet him outside his ship.

With the location of the Moomo’s ship, Zayne races there to find Del in contact with Master Raana, revealing her role in getting Arvan transfered to telerath as bait. Zayne frees his father then gets the Moomo Brothers distracted to get away with Gryph and Camper, who was disguised as Zayne for the “exchange.”

Once back on the Last Resort, Arvan Carrick is able to free up Gryph’s account and have it delievered to the Last Resort. Zayne also tells his father to pack up the family and go to Dantooine to work, for Zayne trusts Vandar to protect and keep them safe.
