Issue #1

If you really enjoyed the movie, I see no reason why you wouldn’t want to check out this comic series. Henry Gilroy includes all the main Jedi characters from the game and sets up to expand on Anakin, Ahsoka, and Obi-Wan’s adventures, but the issue was very similar to the movie. If you remember some of the things Obi-Wan did on the big screen, then you’ll see it again here; the same can be said for “Snips” and “Skyguy”, too (yes, those names are both used once). This repition hurts the first issue, but future issues might actually give us more adventure than what we saw in the movie. Overall, the story wasn’t too bad. The art is very similar to the movie, and I think it actually looks even better; Scott Hepburn and Dan Parsons do a great job showing off a new world and showing our heroes in action. Be sure to check the first issue out, and if you enjoy it, you most likely will enjoy the rest of this miniseries.
