Yea, I hope it's good, and they don't do anymore after it. A trilogy is all Buzz and Woody need.

And, Lego has a liscence from Disney to make Toy Story sets. Buzz Lightyear minifig, here I come! Very Happy

You know, I was completely oblivious to the fact that there was a Dreamworks vs Pixar competition. I never realized it before now. Interesting.

I loved Antz and Shrek, but Dreamworks has nothing against Pixar! I mean, Pixar was created by George Lucas, so that says enough already... Razz

Pixar was helped along by Lucas, not created. His creative input in Pixar was about 0%, so don't go giving him credit, that belongs with John Lasseter and co. who knew what they wanted to do and did it.

Oh gosh, I love Pixar! I saw Up a couple of weeks ago and it just blew me away. Although I think Finding Nemo is still my favorite. Concerning Dreamworks, yeah, most of their movies are pretty awful. I have to confess that I did like Over the Hedge, though. *shrugs*

Toy Story 3 now has a full trailer. Looks like it should be pretty good.

Those Army Men Lego figures are great! I'm still partial to the Indiana Jones and Star Wars sets though.

Shrek, Madagascar and Over the Hedge were pretty good movies (I suppose Kung Fu Panda was good too but I've only seen the whole thing once). That being said I'll grant that Pixar has a lot more movies that are instant classics. Pixar also seems to have a greater number of family friendly movies.

The trailer was awesome, yet kind of traumatizing. I can't believe Andy gave them away! Sad

Shocked *rushes to youtube to see trailer*

*returns in agreement with Padme's summery of the trailer* Buzz as Spanish guy, interesting concept (I was half expecting Antonio Banderas to start speaking). Please Pixar don't make me feel guilty for putting all my old toys in boxes in the basement and not really playing with them anymore!

Laughing Reminds me of when I was little and would feel guilty if I didn't hug my stuffed animals every day. I thought they'd think I didn't love them. Oh, and if Jessie's song in Toy Story 2 didn't make you feel guilty about tossing all your old toys in the basement, nothing will. Wink

*snort* Antonio Banderas? Wow...that'd throw a wrench into the whole Pixar vs Dreamworks competition. Very Happy

I actually like how Toy Story 3 looks sad, but notice it isn't dark, just sad.
