Coolest star wars character

I loved Talon when he and Lando helped black mail sentors to get Cal Omas elected Chief of State (...at least, I think it was Talon lol).

Somehow I'm very late in posting my thoughts on the coolest character.

Let's break out a top five chart:

5. Yoda. Dude is insane. How has he been forgotten?
4. Lando.
3. Han.
2. Obi-Wan. I think people underestimate his coolness. Look at that smug grin before he dies. How many people are cool enough to grin before they die?
1. Mace Windu. Look at the original Clone Wars, Shatterpoint, ROTS movie and novel, AOTC, basically everything he is in. Nobody compares to Mace Windu in any of those.

3. Han Solo: Let's face it, there is NO better pilot and there's no wittier in the galaxy Smile

4. Obi-Wan Kenobi: For the same reason OMB loved him, he smiles at death!

5. Luke Skywalker: He was a rockin rebel, a stellar jedi, a powerful master, a hilarious father, and he was even an insightful ghost in the Legacy comics. Outtasight.

4-LOM was a pretty cool droid, but R2-D2 has to be the coolest of the droids. He appears in every movie, isn't afraid to fight, and has an interesting sense of humor.

The one thing I can't figure out is in Episode II, why does R2 push C-3P0 off the ledge in the Geonosis droid factory? R2 uses his rockets to fly around, but C-3P0 just falls to his doom. (with a close save)

I think Yoda's fighting and Force abilities are astounding, but his character seems flawed at times. Enough so that I'm not as amazed by him as everyone else seems to be. *shrugs*

Interesting idea. I say that Yoda's cool when he's fighting, not so cool when he's dithering over politics and the deeper meaning of the Force. Smile

And, Sword, I am indeed interested in why you don't think Yoda is cool. Smile
