*laughs deviously* Yep. Laughing I mean, in real life, when your spouse dies, you get another one. Very few people stay true to their deceased wife or husband. Luke should be no different. And think of the drama that would cause. Ben would be ticked.

I could see it now;

Luke: Ben why are you with a different girl every week?
Ben: YOU ALRIGHT!!!! I learned it by watching YOU!!!!
Luke: Oooooh kay....am I sensing hostility from you son?
Ben: I'm telling you dad- if you take Callista on one more date- I got mom's permission to behead her....
Luke: You've talked to your mom....
Ben: She's 'disapointed Skywalker' her words dad not mine- she said when I told her the news it almost tipped the scales and landed her in the neitherworld on Chaos's side.
Luke: Enough said, I'll ditch her like Jaina blew off Zekk.
Ben: DAD!!! That didn't go over too well remember? Quiribu? They were practically attached at the hip...
Luke: your right bad example; I'll drop her like Grandpa dropped the Emperor down the exhaust shaft.
Ben: I think Mom'be be ok with that.
Luke: we good?
Ben: once you put action to words we will be.

Wow I took that entirely too far Laughing

I remember posting this before. Feel free to disagree, heck you may well be right, but I couldn't re-marry. You become one with someone and if they die, "Well, oh well, I can always find another one." Neutral

I'm with Reep. Also, isn't Luke like sixty by now? Plenty of older people stay single once their spouse dies.

Actually quite a few old people remarry. Doing genealogy research, I've got one ancestor who remarried at the age of 74. It happens. Heck, Luke was even dropping some hints about it in Abyss.

*puts hands over ears* Not listening to DS! I am still in my own fantasy world where Luke remains faithful to Mara's memory for all eternity. Wink

I would say that if Luke was younger, it would be fine if he got re-married. But he's an old fart now, and should stay single as far as I'm concerned...

No problem, Reep. Glad to lend some support. Smile

Yeah- if he'd have married younger I could see that possibly.
