Sometimes I don't understand Karen Traviss logic.

Academy trained Jedi Etain jumps in a front of a lightsaber to save a life and dies. But according to Darman, this is ALL the Jedi's fault. Even though, Emperor Palpatine - who he's now working for - sent out the order. The Mandolarians claim to be used by the Sith and Jedi to fight their wars. But they're mercenaries. No one forced them. I really enjoyed the first three books but the last two didn't work for me. Karen Traviss' prejudices towards the Jedi killed the storytelling.
