Didn't they do some sort of origin story for yoda? Nothing like childhood and species name and all that, but i remember seeing a comic about him and his buddy being young and trained as jedi. He was only like 20 or 30 then. If I remember correctly it was right after the defeat of the Sith Brotherhood by Bane. He came shortly thereafter. I'll check (rushes to wookiepedia)

There are three of them: Yoda, Vandar, and Yaddle. Lucas is the reason they are not given a name. Probably the same reason he didn't want a Plageuis book.

But why? At least there's kind of a reason for Pleiguies. I'm so confused

Mystery Sells Reep. I'd like a species name to, but it makes it more mysterious and therefore commercial to do it this way.

For me it was the Duros. And seeing Cade Bane was a treat for me. I remember being all irritated at the Nemoidians I was like- why not just USE the Duros Species? But I'm ok with the cousin thing with the species!

after all the Vulcans have the Romulans, so the Duros have the Nemoidians Laughing

Wookiees, definitely. I love Wookiees and the planet Kashyyyk, both are two very interesting pieces of canon.

Probably a pretty obvious choice, but I love the Wookiees! I loved every scene with Chewbacca in the OT. I was very happy when Kashyyyk was featured in EpIII. I believe the species I disliked the most was the Gungans, but that is only because of Jar Jar.

I still yearn for the day that a Wookiee actually rips someone's arms off and using them to beat the person. Now that will be the day. Very Happy

Laughing I'd enjoy that, actually. I'm a morbid person. Wink

Hmm. A tough one. Maybe Duros. It's fun to see a species that were more Corellian before the Corellians!
