Lost Tribe of the Sith ebooks

I don't think we have a thread for this yet, which is surprising, so now we stand corrected. Quick recap: The Lost Tribe of the Sith series is, so far, a series of short ebooks written by John Jackson Miller as expanded/prequel material for the Fate of The Jedi Series. However, it's worth noting that they also tie in to Crosscurrent as well.

Now I liked the first two, but personally I thought the third one was too much of a segue for the next one. Still, I enjoy reading about the Lost Tribe and their development. It's fun reading about the old Sith, Naga Sadow, and Ludo Kreesh. I like the new insight they give into the old comics.

And for anyone whose interested, there's an excerpt from Backlash at the end of Paragon. I didn't read it cause I'm trying to avoid spoilers.

I read the new one, Savior, and it seemed really subpar. I mean, it looked amateurish or severely rushed. Did anyone else read it?

I started the first one - really need to get on it. The challenge for me is its an e-book and I work on computers all day. I would much rather curl up with an actual book when given the chance vs my laptop.

Yeah, it's hard to concentrate reading off a screen.

I've read them all. While I enjoyed the first two, I have to agree with Skuldren that they seem to have been going downhill. I didn't much enjoy Savior, either. I thought the first one was great! But they've been lacking in quality since. So...I'll read them for fun. It's a nice backstory. But Savior did seem to be rushed. And almost pointless, as well. Neutral

Yeah, I'm not sure what kind of promotion scheme they're going with here. So far the official site still hasn't posted it, and Amazon still doesn't have it. Personally I want to get it on Amazon so I can read it on my Kindle. Otherwise I have to save the thing as a PDF and hope it transfers well.
