Oh, yeah. I forgot there was an American team. I'm actually glad there isn't a Canadian team, because with hockey and the Olympics everyone you meet is a Canadian fan, but now it's actually special if a find a fellow Holland fan.

Hup Holland Hup! Very Happy

Sorry, I guess soccer just isn't that big of a thing around here. I mean...it can be. But it's nothing like, say, football. Smile

And sorry about Holland losing, I didn't realize you had a preference. Any reason?

The only time soccer is big in the States is if the USA are playing. Cool

Better theam won. The Dutch can be great at their best, I think they were that in EURO 2008 where they played good attacking game, but they were denegerating through the World Cup here and should have had several other players sent off. Nigel de Jong foremost should have walked to the showers because of that kung-fu kick but Webb didn't have the guts to "decide" the game by doing so.

@Mara. My Dad is Dutch so I'm half-Dutch and their are a few people from Holland that I care deeply about.

@Rouge77. Spain may have played better statistically, but they took a lot of dives and were a little showy in my opinion. *coughSergioRamoscough*
