I warn you, its trippy and this is just a cut and paste of my outline so the names 'asian' and 'candace' and all are characters based on people I know. Yes, I'm aware its odd I call my Chinese friend 'Asian'. Its just how I was introduced to him. But yes, read and thoughts. I'm still doing viral research for it so ya.

Invincibility Story Outline
Part I: Creation of the idea
I. Death of the girl/fiancé
a. Murder during a robbery?

Part II: Accomplishing the idea
I. Multiple years passed

II. Human testing
a. Realizing the human gene makes animal testing pointless

IV. The Experiments

V. The affects
a. Main character has been attempting to die and failing
i. Shoots himself for the hundredth time
ii. Slices wrists
iii. Falls hundreds of feet
iv. Attempts to drown
v. Drinks arsenic
vi. Walks through fire
b. Asian character working on solution in France in his old age
c. Main character begins hallucinating
d. European governments learn of Main character’s immortality and launch attempt to capture him to use him to cure the virus
e. Main character has learned to live through pain and slaughters every team sent to capture him
f. Hides in cargo hold of an airplane, freezing but unable to die, and makes his way to France
g. Murders Asian character, destroying all knowledge of the original form of the virus and ruining any chance of a cure
h. Also spreads virus to Mainland Europe using the last of the serum in a man’s coffee
i. Virus quickly spreads through Europe and eventually Asia due to the infected trying to escape and making it to China
j. Only Australia becomes safe. Nuclear attempts to wipe out the virus are unsuccessful
k. Main character attempts to die through a nuclear blast, but loses his nerve and runs far enough to only be scarred
VI. The future
a. After over 300 years humanity has been almost completely wiped out by the virus. Only one small community is left alive living underground. Most animals are dying out as well.
b. Small community finds main character wandering around rambling to himself and attempts to subdue him. He allows them to capture him, knowing finally that he cannot die
c. Studies are done on the man, and nothing can be done. No vaccine can be created, and eventually one man loses his mind and opens the hatch without allowing the airlock to be sealed, letting in the virus
d. After several days the colony dies, and the main character is once again free to wander alone.
VII. The End
a. The man has been alive for over millions of years. Life has died out. He is hungry but there is nothing to eat, and he is thirsty but there is hardly any water left.
b. The world is freezing due to the sun dying. He knows that if he waits long enough it will collapse on itself and he may finally be allowed to die
c. He has wandered nearly the whole earth, with nothing and no one. He’s looked and the now ancient ruins of his culture, and even his books are destroyed. Computers are worthless. He has lost his mind, screaming and still throwing himself from cliffs trying to die.
d. He stares at the sun all day all the time now, waiting for the end
e. He begins to hallucinate again, speaking to his friends, his partner, his lover, and god
f. After fighting with all of them and coming together with all of them he accepts his immortality.
g. Alone with his vision of god, he argues the meaning of life, asking why he was allowed to wipe humanity out
h. He has his moment with god, finally coming to understand everything that has happened
i. The sun goes supernova, disintegrating his body, which is now unable to put itself back together. He finally dies.
(Epilogue)
There is nothing, when all of the sudden two eyes open in the darkness. The true status of the ending is left up to the reader and will be based on their religious, scientific, and philisophical beliefs.
