I'm behind in Legacy. I'm caught up to the Storms TPB. I think War could be an interesting miniseries by the sounds of it. If they amp things up, it would be hard for it to go wrong.

I'm pretty psyched about this. I'm caught up to issue 49 and knew there was no way all the arcs, or even some of them, could be completely tied up in one issue. The interview the writers did on MTV.com was pretty telling.

I'm happy as far as I am mainly because they can now give an actual ending with loose plots tied more or less well, I hope.

Otherwise I'm not really a fan of Legacy. It threw a too big a shadow over the novels and gave too much for people that are Imp fans for wrong reasons.

Well, I have liked the series myself, but I do agree with the point that it somewhat boxes in the next hundred years or so of EU storyline. There is still lots of possibilities, but it all has to lead there somehow.

If Legacy ends with War, then it's a dilemma: Should we be given answers about the questions it has raised, thus constricting the novels even more, or should it be left for future novels or comic series to answer them if they will and then we might be left without the answers altogether?

Well, I hope is sets a direction for Cade if he survives. But......... I don't want clearly defined: 1. the skywalker bloodline, 2. if the Knights were the eventual product of Jaina/Jag,

But I think they are going to leave those open.

Oh, and another thing - not directly tied to the events in the comic, but I'll put it in the spoiler tags, just in case:

I think it IS the already mentioned series the two are working on that is confirmed as not set in the Legacy timeframe. But it was openly enough worded.

I thought the ending was satisfying but predictable. I would have preferred unpredictable but regardless I still enjoyed the ending and the series as a whole. But the last page was weird.
