At least we didn't end up shelling out money to see it in theaters. Remember we tried? Whew! Glad that didn't work out. Wink

True, true. I wanted to see it when I was in Florida for Gustav, but the girl I was staying with didn't know or like SW so we didn't go. Now I'm glad we didn't. Imagine if she had agreed and that had been her introduction to the Galaxy Far Far Away.

I saw it in theaters opening day. I actually really enjoyed it, believe it or not. Wink

I admit, I enjoyed it too but just because I'm a slobbering, over dedicated, blinder wearing SW fan. If it has a SW label on it, I'm in. To me, even if the movie sux, it;s still like a two hour visit with old friends.

Hey, I tried to like the Clone Wars movie, but I ended up feeling like it just didn't deserve a big screen release. I probably would've thought better of it if it was direct to DVD.

I wasn't expecting it to be that good, because I knew they kind of threw this together to promote the TV show. Low expectations are the key to happiness. Wink

Well it didn't go into detail of which Greedo it was, so I'm just going to assume it's Greedo the Elder.

Overall, I give the episode a 6/10... Worst one of Season III so far. I hope we don't get more like this.

I enjoyed it. I like seeing Jabba and Rotta, and the Pantorans were pretty cool. I thought the characters worked out really well. I was a little dismayed when I saw them copying The Phantom Menace with the whole Trade Federation blockade and then two people going on the Trade Federation ship to talk to them, however, once it played out, I felt that it wasn't bad at all. I don't have any ill feelings toward Snips, so for me, this episode was a good one...not great...but a good one.

I liked this episode actually. It was neat to see so many unexpected familiar faces thrown in there and, like Skuldren, I don't have gripes with Ahsoka anymore so.. yeah.

Ok, I only caught part of this episode, but was anyone else a bit surprised that they put in the Rodian/Twi'lek kiss? Especially considering all the fuss about Ventress' kiss of death?

I don't remember a Rodian kissing a Twi'lek. Did Greedo do that in the bar?

Anakin and Padme kiss a few times and Aurra Sing kisses Hondo Ohnkaka as well. I don't think the kiss of death was too 'suggestive', just too 'morbid'.

I thought that it was just disgusting... Star Wars should stay away from inter-species relationships, it doesn't seem right... Confused
