Is it not necessary that we have a TFU III? Obviously Vader escapes at some point, but when? And how? They have to continue the story in some form, even if they don't make a third game.

I was fully expecting Starkiller to die the way he had envisioned it, at the hands of another clone, with everyone else around him dead, as well. How can there NOT be a TFU III, then, if everyone survives and Vader is the Rebel Alliance's prisoner? I can't imagine they could make another game of it, but surely the storyline will be expanded in other media, like books and such. ...right? Please?

Does the Boba Fett Clones story arc play into the overall story? Cause that seems like a major plot point to me....

There was nothing about that in the book at all. That was a surprise to me until I got the graphic novel this evening. And even then, it wasn't that big of a deal. It was introduced as one of the few remaining threads on Kamino.

They say Darth Vader is no longer a threatening character because he has lost twice and got captured.

Darth Vader even scary in ANH? People are telling me "Oh, how will the Rebels be scared of him in ANH if they captured him a year before", but I can't think of an example of a single person being scared of Vader face to face in ANH. In fact, everyone seemed to lack fear. Leia wasn't scared of him, Admiral Motti even told him "Don't try to frighten us with your sorcerous ways" and started to degrade Vader before Vader choked him. The fear of Vader didn't seem to come until ESB, really.

Just because Vader was defeated by Starkiller twice, though, doesn't mean that he stops being an ominous force. (pun totally intended) Obviously Starkiller and Juno are no longer involved with the Rebel Alliance come ANH, so something happens in the interim, and I would bet that (if it is made/written/drawn/whatever) TFU III concerns Vader's retaliation for that humiliation he was dealt. True, no one seems overtly afraid of him until ESB, but I'm sure his momentary capture this year before the Battle of Yavin damages him psychologically, either making him even more vindictive or marking the beginning of his decline and eventual final defeat.

My only complaint, I did have to roll my eyes a bit at the end concerning Juno's "resurrection". Twoo wuuuuuuv saved her. Really? Starkiller has complete mastery and total control of the Force; what's wrong with saying that he healed her up?

I didn't see as "true love saving her." To me, it sounded like the timing of her revival was a happy coincidence. It's still a cliche, though. And, the observation that Juno (or was it Starkiller?) made was interesting. Nobody ever seems to truely die in TFU.

I think that was Juno's thought, and yeah, it was kind of odd that someone in-universe made that observation! Isn't that the outside critics' job? lol

Was Starkiller REALLY a clone?? I'm beginning to lean towards no...

Yes, that's the big question! I'm leaning toward not a clone too, but if so, how did he survive? We need TFU3.
