Dancelittleewok EUC Staff Joined: 15 Sep 2010 Posts: 1120 Location: Kansas I like they're trying something new, a different perspective compared to what's usually seen. I hope they keep the rough, edgy look of Mara, but I'm not happy with the Storm Troopers. If it were me, I'd cut them completely or have them in the background, giving the cover some depth. Right now, it looks too flat.... But yes, I kinda like too.

But I'm just being nitpicky. And to be even more nitpicky, her mouth seems a little off to me. Too thin. For some reason I've always imagined her to have fuller lips. But that is a small quibble. I quite like how Mara looks; quite worn out yet determined and ready for action. I'm looking forward to this book, although I haven't yet read Allegiance (Buying more SW books is off limits to me until I get through everything else, including the Don Quixote book I use as to steady my desk). If it doesn't have the big three, I'd be okay with it. More than okay. Wasn't it the Rebellion comic series that had Tycho in it, along with some other rebellious Imperials?

Mara's image has certainly varied over time, and I'd have to say this is one of the better versions, but I've come to think of the model that Mara is sometimes based off of as the real Mara. _________________
