1) Agreed! And yet to a degree I disagree.
1a)I think this is just a militant group within the Mando culture. I don't see these Mando's really discussing things with Mand'alore before hand. And thus these guys ARE GUNS FOR HIRE. That is what these guys do. Their stock in trade- being Mando'ade and striking fear- they come across to me as the Vikings of the Mando'ade.
1b) As I said for 1a. I do think they are a branch. Cause we've had NO resolution with Fett- thus no idea what's going on with the Mandolorians command structure. For all we know this group could be Death Watch (Which I think it is personally)

2.) I think with Hamner gone the belly aching will come to an end. All but Corran and Saba- I detect Corran some extra heart ache maybe, and Saba I expect to see almost crippled with doubt, later do to Hamner's death. I see her wanting to hand things to Leia soon. Or Leia seeing Saba's about to crack.

let what happened with Kenth cripple her. I think she's going to be exactly what the Jedi Order needs for a leader at this point -- a warrior.

I agre. It was a domino- B'wautu puts her in power, she selects a leader she can control who will also listen to B'wautu. B'wautu's uncle is in a prime spot in the public eye with Tahiri's trial. There is another Bwautu in the Jedi ranks. Something fishy is going on there. Plus the Bothan with the white gloves involved with the slave plot- who I think might be Bwautu...... I'm missing the bit that ties it all together aside from the Bothan name...

I could see that too. I'd forgotten about her getting over it. FOr me I think it's going to remind her of that failure. I doubt it will ruin her as a character I just think it will provide her enough doubt that she will remove herself. She's to honor bound. I could see her removing herself but still saying they need to continue- just not under "thiz one"

I see Saba as a leader who would rather not lead. I think she will bear the position, but I think it's going to effect her to some degree. Perhaps not much, but I think this is the door they will use to make Leia a more important voice in the Jedi Order. About time she got a Mastership and perhaps an apprentice of her own.
