You know, I happen to think making a list of ten things to get rid of quite easy, the only difficult bit is that I kept on reading what you lot wrote and I would come up with reasons to keep it. Except for the Han Solo lot. And Lando. Sorry. 1. Han Solo trilogy, both of them. 2. Lando's stuff. 3 Genndy Tartovsky's series. I couldn't even bring myself to watch all of it. I think I managed about 5 episodes before I stopped watching and cleansed myself with an acid shower. 4. Ruins of Dantooine. 5. Bounty Hunter Wars trilogy. Okay, I'm being called away. I'll complete this another time. Let me just preface it with...I don't think I'd get rid of TCW. Bum bum bum!!! _________________ I am a Star Wars fan. That doesn't mean that I hate or love Jar Jar. That doesn't mean I hate or love Lucas, or agree or disagree 100% with him. That doesn't mean I prefer the PT over the OT, or vice versa. That doesn't mean I hate the EU, or even love all of it. These are not prerequisites. Being a man is not a prerequisite. Being a geek is not a prerequisite. The only prerequisite is that I love something about Star Wars. I am a Star Wars fan.

As far as I can tell, they don't bring much to the character that we didn't already know. _________________ I am a Star Wars fan. That doesn't mean that I hate or love Jar Jar. Crash Override Master Joined: 22 Dec 2010 Posts: 1796 Location: Carcosa Hm, never noticed this thread. 1) Dark Nest Trilogy JINO is bad 2) Legacy of the Force series Darth Caedus never existed. 3) Fate of the Jedi series Darth Caedus never existed. 4) Star Wars Legacy Darth Caedus never existed. 5) Crosscurrent Darth Caedus never existed. 6) Millennium Falcon Darth Caedus never existed... sadly for this one. 7) Crispin Han Solo trilogy I like the Daley trilogy, Crispin's characterization doesn't match Daley or Episode IV. The Battle of Nar Shaddaa is identical to the Battle of Yavin. Consider Han's characterization in each. He undergoes a similar scenario early on in Han Solo at Star's End. 8) Callista trilogy Hambly's prose is so boring. And KJA. 9) Jedi Academy trilogy KJA. 10) The New Rebellion Weird plot. A single planet is somehow a threat to the New Republic. Meh. 11) The Crystal Star This doesn't require explanation. 12) Bounty Hunter trilogy Meh... 13) Jedi Trial Meh.... 14) Cestus Deception This book is notable for being absolutely unnotable. 15) Ruins of Dantooine No explanation needed. 16) Jedi Prince series Moffrence and blaster earrings. Han's skyhouse. Now, these are just the things I didn't like. If I limit the future of Star Wars to stuff I really like, the list is going to be a lot longer.

Have you been hit over the head with a large, metal object? How can someone dislike the Genndy show that much?! I've never met anyone who disliked it, let alone hated it enough that they could only watch 5 episodes and wished that it wasn't a part of Star Wars. I need to go home and rethink my life...

I've never read the Jedi Prince books either. Sometime I'll have to do that. The idea of a hairy Hutt is very appealing. _________________
