Well, going back to what Rostoni said, the question was whether Daala's overthrow was something that happens in the books, or whether by its nature of being in the blurb, it happens in-between the books. She answered that question "Yes, it happens within the pages of one of the books. I can’t think of which one — they all run together for me."
The bolded part was unnecessary, and I can see why it troubled Lex. Now, was Lex rude in her response? Maybe. I don't really think so, but I've worked in customer service and I've seen a lot worse.
I just don't see why being rude toward Lex is particularly useful, and it seems that people upset about what she said are making this a lot bigger than it needed to be. _________________ "Trust not the words of a poet, as he is born to seduce.
