Feel free to speculate and discuss Karen Traviss' upcoming LOTF novel here. Remember, please use appropriate spoiler tags when posting spoilers. Very Happy

I'm looking forward to the book but I really don't like the idea of Jaina going to Boba Fett for training. However, maybe it will be done very well and I'll love it. Plus, following the trend of all of Karen's other Legacy of the Force books, this may be the final appearance of Boba Fett in the series.

Oh, definitely. Boba won't be in Invincible. ...what if he dies? Shocked

Many people are asking that question. I personally think he might.. I bet Karen had a hard time, if she did, write it. However, I'm sure it works well in the plot.

Well, Sue's quote made me think of clones.

You know, it's either the new clone from Sacrifice or Anakin Solo. Considering Allston's really the only one to really "touch" on him thus far, I think it will be that clone.

I've always wanted to see an Anakin Solo Force ghost again but I don't think I'm going to get it. However, in Invincible, maybe a Force ghost of Anakin will intervene in a possible final duel between Jaina and Jacen.

Sue's quote? Force ghost of Anakin? Did I miss something?

If you go to our homepage, eucantina.net, you'll see a post about a quote Sue said, I assume, concerning Revelation. The Anakin Force Ghost was something I'm speculating on but that's for Invincible.

I'm a big Mandalorian fan, and I can't wait to see more of Boba and the other mandos. I think the whole Fett training Jaina thing will turn out nicely. Just think of all the dirty tricks he could teach her. Caedus won't stand a chance. However, the real question is what will Jaina offer in return? I doubt Fett will train her for free. One possibility is that Fett is still looking for revenge against Jacen for his daughter's death. But I'm thinking Fett will want a little more than making sure he meets his end.

Fett doesn't get angry, he gets even. What better to see Jacen die than by his own sister's hands?

It was really a rhetorical question.

My point is Fett would have a great pleasure seeing Jacen die by his own kin; his own blood.

Sorry, I was actually talking about that Karen Traviss quote, should've specified . . .

But yeah, Mara was the first thing that came to my mind when I read that. Maybe she'll appear to Ben . . . ?

I was thinking the same thing, SOS. The "cost" for Jaina will be to kill her sister; Boba Fett's gift for Han wasn't used correctly so he'll look to Jaina to do the job

Jacen knows a few dirty tricks, too; how did he beat Mara? That wasn't a clean fight in any way, shape, or form.
