One of my favorite alien species in SW are those sneaky conniving Bothans. I just loved to hate Borsk Fey'la. Back when they actually used to write politics well. |
Yes, I think one of the most tense moments in the EU was with Borsk, Leia, and Karrde at the Katana fleet with Han and Luke on-board one of the dreadnaughts, and Fey'lya refusing to aid them as the Imperials attacked. It was a masterful climax to Dark Force Rising, IMO. Ahhh nostalgia.
As for my favorite alien species, that's a tough one. I like the Aing-Tii, although I didn't really like what was done with them in Omen.
