Superman ended up just being a mis-cast tribute to the old Donner films. The other thing I hated about X3 was the effects were awful. Beast looked really bad. The bridge part was cool though.

It completely lost me after Superman flew Lois into space and she didn't suffocate. _________________ All things die, Anakin Skywalker, even stars burn out. But I'm a fan of all the Marvel movies. Seeing Marvel and DC as Multiverses makes enjoying the movies easy. Each one like the different comic lines are a universe slightly different then the last in some form or fashion. So if a movie might not be as good as I hoped it was, I just see it as a different universe then the one I normally know. Like I'm a big Spider-man fan and recently bought the Ultimate Universe Spider-Man series (they are killing a young Parker) so it's a story I wanted to catch. Even though it's not a universe I normally follow, but I then bought the Ultimates series that follows along with the "Death of Spider-Man" to see the tale from that side and have enjoyed this too. So now that they are rebooting Spider-man, I'm curious how many more reboots we'll see in the next 10 years. With Avengers each new title line in the comics is a new team and you could have Avenger Movies for years and have new casts to assemble the team. That they might be trying to pack in too many characters. I'm still slightly miffed that they're rebooting Spiderman. Dark Knight Rises will be amazing. I refuse to believe anything less and Nolan has not disappointed me ever. As to the Spidey reboot, I love the new guy playing him and the actor playing Lizard will be good.
