Star Wars Timeline Gold, Official Nathan Butler VIP Thread

Quick question about the Droids and Ewoks comics:

I've heard different points of view about their placement in the timeline. Obviously Droids 1-5 are pre-Episode IV, and 6-8 are concurrent with Episode IV, but what of the Ewoks comics?

Are they in 3 ABY, roughly one year before Episode VI?

Or are they almost concurrent with the Droids comics, a few years before Yavin?

The placement of the Ewoks comics affects a point I'm making in my column.

Though I noticed something that I'd like to bring up:

On page 952-953 (per the page numbers, not the PDF page count), I think the entry for Tilotny Throws A Shape is in the wrong place. You've put it there just because of when it was published relative to other stories. But I believe that this story fits into the immediately-post-ANH era.

In one of the issues (I don't recall which, but if memory serves it was among the first 27 collected in Omnibus: ALTA Vol. 1), Princess Leia had a sprained ankle, which had an editors note saying something like "a story yet to be told".

Then, in Tilotny Throws a Shape, Princess Leia sprained her ankle. I suspect that this sprain was the original "yet-untold" story referenced in the older Marvel US story.

Any thoughts?

No idea off the top of my head, but I'll put that on the list of stuff to check into when I start back into the SWT-G sometime in early June after ConCarolinas is over.
