Moments between Ben and Luke are really good in FotJ. They are one of my favorite things in this series. So...

"Trust me!"
"Ben, trust me doesn't work for Jedi the way it does for your uncle Han. We don't have his luck."
"Maybe that would change if we trusted it more often," Ben retorted.

Oh, and I love the one between Luke and the rancor:

The creature stared down at Luke. Its mouth opened, and it offered a challenging growl.
Luke glared at it. "Do you really want to take me on right now? I don't recommend it."

I always found Face to have one of those classic Rogue type personalities that it never fails - you place him in a story and you will have hilarity at one point or another.

I love the FOTJ exchanges between Luke and Ben, too. Not necessarily the funniest, but one I can relate to being the same age as Ben.

Luke: "Hungry?"
Ben: "I'm sixteen. Of course I'm hungry."

General Grievous- "You fool I have been trained in your Jedi Arts by Count Dooku."
Obi-Wan- "Really? well I trained the person who killed him"
