While Dee Bradley Baker does voice all of the clones, he does his best to keep separate (but similar) voices for all of them (or, at least, all of them in a single episode). So when you have an episode like Rookies, where 3-4 main characters are clones AND are wearing solid white armor, you can still differentiate them.
And also, to be fair, they did all grow up in the same environment, and raised in more or less the same way. Take ten children from all over the world, isolate them on a desert island for 20 years, and they'll probably speak with the same accent (but don't try that experiment; you'll go to jail). These clones were raised by Jango Fett and other Mandalorians (who might've grown up in the same area as Jango, and might also have the same accent).
So while admittedly they wouldn't have exactly the same voice, it would be close, and at least DBB is trying. Suspension of disbelief for the rest. _________________ It was the year of fire… the year of destruction… the year we took back what was ours.

It was a new age. It was the end of history. It was the year everything changed.
The year is 2261.
The place: Babylon 5.
