Sounds good! Last trip I had was down to visit my Uncle in Florida. Did lots of deep sea fishing. I love the ocean.

Ah, yes, the ocean.... I miss the smell of salty breeze and diesel exhaust! Can't remember the last time I was "out to sea". Sad I miss it very much.

Even though for me it gets a little melancholic, nobody but you, your shipmates, sky and an occasional dolphin or flying fish, after a while it grows old for me. Then again, I was in the US Navy, so we were out for weeks at a time. My least favorite times were the "overnight watches", where you would be up from 2am 'til 7pm.(okay, maybe that was a weak response, but it had the letters l,a,s and t in there!)

Imagine if you were on a sub stuck underwater most the time. Too bad they don't put windows on those things, security risk or not, it will be a hell of a view.

Oh, and "Last, last, last..."

Laughing Laughing Slight problem with putting windows in a sub......a blast of cold water to your face when the windows cave in because of the pressure! Wink

I've thought of a fix for the blast of cold water in the face problem. Instead of real windows, use computer screens/tvs remotely wired up to external cameras that could transmit the outside world to the monitors, thus virtual windows with no security or safety risks! Wink Brilliant!
