As long as they don't make all the Gungans Jar-Jar clones, I shouldn't have a problem with this.

They didn't seem like clones in TPM, so we should be alright.

Few of them had dialogue though...

I'm interested in seeing more Karkarodons. I like the way the shark people look. It's interesting and manages not to look too silly.

I love their animation. How they dart through the water like actual sharks. Cool

I liked the nods to the movie Jaws. First off there was the yellowish-green coloring which reminded me of the scene in Jaws were Brody and Hooper go out on the ocean drunk and looking for the shark with those spotlights. Then of course there was the ending with the Prince shooting the explosive. In the last episode there was the glass tunnel which was straight out of Jaws 3.

One thing I don't like is how they're forcing everyone to go to the website to see the preview of the next episode instead of showing it on tv when one ends. But just a small gripe.

My biggest gripe is this. They've been underwater for all this time, and yet not once had to change their air tanks. Surely there's no way they'd be able to do all of that on one tank.

Blurry mechanics. I mean it's not like anyone has eaten or used the bathroom either. And I could excuse the air tank thing a lot easier than the underwater lightsabers and laser beams. Laughing

They really do like to stretch reality in these things.

I mostly liked this episode.

The Prince could have been a good character but his dialogue was excruciating. Most of the time he was merely bumper sticker-esque but his line at the end was beyond that.

"Your father would be so proud."
"I know."

What arrogance! Neutral

I have a technical question: was it established where the prisoners were being held? Near the surface, roughly around the middle or at the ocean floor? I ask because, depending on the depth, then when Padme's helmet was cracked, it should have imploded instantly. My guess is that it was close to the top (and thus not crack instantly, but she'd still be in danger), since it was fairly well lit, where they were, yet I had gained the impression, through dialogue, that they were nearer the floor?

They were held near the floor of the ocean in a chamber. Realistically, the pressor would have cracked the helmet.

One thing that got me was them rapidly coming to the surface. Any skilled diver knows that you go to the surface in stages in order to depressorize otherwise you will get the bends.
