- Besk Nelvoa - Male Zabrak, age 60, Jedi Master, silver blade. He is Vera Sato's Master. Most of his service has been spent in the sectors bordering between the Mid and Outer Rims. In that capacity he has had several run ins with Sith cults and as a result has a very strong aversion to Jedi who don't follow the Code word for word. The Jedi Council was quite eager to add him to the crew to make sure that Will Kelvar and other Grey Jedi did not corrupt the others.

The Twi'lek Jedi Knight earned the nickname "Gnasp" because of his tendency to mix quick stabs into his attacks would remind his instructor of the insect. He was considered an Oddball to those who knew him well, and plain strange to those who didn't. He just had that way about him; many would say.
- Hal Darrun- male, age 24, Jedi Knight. a Jedi archaeologist, assigned to first Hoth team, Blade-Green (Gets Possessed by Sith Lord Reaver - and is hiding amongst the Jedi)
- Bream Darklighter- Male, age 22, Jedi Knight, Engineer on Saber's Hilt, Blade- Blue. Bream is an experienced warrior, but he wasn't very smart in matters of life. Computers and numbers sure, piloting a ship, yes, great guy to be around, sure, always up for a laugh, a drink, but not very bright when it came to the little things. He knew how to fight, pilot, and math but that's about it.
- Brent Darklighter- Male, age 22, Officer in the Republic Navy, on Saber's Hilt, unlike twin has no Force sensitivity. Brent always seemed quite angry at the Jedi around him. Like his brother Bream, Brent was very, very smart with computers, math and science, but unlike his brother, he excelled at almost everything he did. Part of his anger stems from the fact that he was often passed up for promotion far too many times. He was a big sports fan, and as a hobbie plays for the Republic Forces smashball team in his spare time.
- Danni Weber - Saber's Hilt Main Pilot Jedi the reckless rogue. Very competent, and highly skilled, but otherwise socially shy.
- Hondo Rendecki - Jedi, Chief Engineer --a humble farmer from Kuat, who bought passage to Coruscant when he came of age to see the world. But he got caught in a pirate attack which left the cargo vessel stranded in space for a long while. The engineers were killed as the pirates came aboard to rob the passengers, and it was only Hondo's remarkable skill with engines that saved them. Later, on their way to Coruscant, a Jedi ship came upon them and, recognizing Hondo's skill and latent Force abilities, recruited him to replenish their numbers after the events concerning the Jedi exile. Generally genial.
- Fernando Caslet - Jedi, Security Chief --another who came late to the order. Was discovered by the Jedi when he was the Supreme Chancellor's personal bodyguard, who then gave up his position when he failed to stop an assassination plot on the Supreme Chancellor, before joining the Order and has been working diligently in his duties in atonement for his failure. Hopeless cards player. Truger's favorite opponent.

- Capt. Illacia Arden - Female Human, age 30. Republic military pilot. Not Force Sensitive but skilled combat pilot and former fighter-bomber squadron leader. Has an established reputation for courage and has won several medals and commendations for bravery in combat operations. Transferred to the Jedi Expedition due to an adventuresome spirit and to escape being a desk jockey as the Republic Military downsized it's fighting forces as the threat of the Sith military steadily declined. Assigned as co-pilot to the squad sent to rescue Jayda.
- Capt. Dale Zarkov - Male Human, age 34. Republic military pilot. Not Force Sensitive. Leader of a squadron of transport wing tasked with delivering airborne troops and air dropping supplies. While he did not have as distinguished a career as Arden he established himself as a capable leader. Never truly content with being a transport pilot, even with an elite airborne regiment, he transferred to the Jedi Expidition seeking adventure. Does not often get along with with fighter pilots because of envy for the glamor and hero worship fighter pilots seem to receive. Primary pilot of the squad sent to rescue Jayda on Sullust.
- Zak Jensen - Male Human, age 20. Jedi Guardian, blue blade. Member of the squad sent to rescue Jayda on Sullust.
- Jayne Bendell - Male Human, age 32. Jedi Knight and Saber's Hilt security force heavy weapon's specialist. Green blade but generally prefers to use a heavy repeating blaster. Served as Jedi officer in Republic military for ten years typically commanding the weapons platoon in a company. Is well versed in military tactics particularly in the deployment of heavy weaponry. Member of the squad sent to rescue Jayda on Sullust.
- Adenn "Doc" Roe - Male Human, age 22. Jedi Healer and Medic on the Saber's Hilt, yellow blade. Trained as Jedi Healer and also took supplemental Republic Military Combat Medic training. Served in a joint Republic Military/Jedi Order Task Force in the Mid Rim for four years before joining the Jedi Expedition. While he has never been tested in a full scale battle he has been part of numerous skirmishes with pirates, organized crime and Sith military guirrilla forces. Never took part in any of the covert-ops the Jedi Commandos were involved in but was often involved in military strikes based on intel collected by Jedi and Republic Commandos. Member of the squad sent to rescue Jayda on Sullust.

), Rep has recently done all in his power to avoid physical confrontations. Though he can be quite persuasive with his words and the Force alone, many people question his sudden lack of fighting spirit. However, there are few in the galaxy who would still, even now, bet against Rep Gordon in a fight. Though he is known for his combat, he is very calm in and out of a fight. His strong connection to the Force was frowned upon in his early years, simply because he would often ignore this gift and make reckless choices. He has since grown wise, and will always use the Force to make a decision. Rep has had two apprentices, but does not currently have one.

He developed an affinity for marksmanship and enjoys bullseyeing targets with either his blaster or his throwing knife. Because of this, his lightsaber skills have taken a back seat. He is a practitioner of Niman. He has been on a few of missions, and is always eager for adventure.

Other: Jayda was born on Corellia, but was taken from her family at 5 years old. Despite this, she never lost her inherited affinity for electronics, be they computers, demolitions, or ships. Her Jedi Master, Adam Kirith, watched Jayda from the moment she was brought to the Temple, and sought to further develop her talent for the three things she was best at. As a result, she is an excellent security and demolitions expert, as well as a pilot to be reckoned with. Her regular Jedi studies were always somewhat of a bore to her, saving for anything to do with telekinesis or lightsaber dueling. While her Force skills are still rather lacking in many areas, she is a very competent Jedi Knight when it comes to manipulating objects (including machines) and lightsaber dueling. Her other slicing, demolition, and piloting skills aid her greatly in her missions, compensating for her wavering Force abilities. In a rebellious move at the age of 15, Jayda acquired her tatoo and Mandalorian armor. The Council allowed the tatoo and the armor, but refused to let her wear a helmet. She reluctantly, though defiantly, keeps it in her room or on her current ship. While Jayda is a competent Jedi Knight in every way, and has easily made her advancement to Knighthood, it may be awhile yet before she becomes a Master. The Council disapproves of her free spirit and reliance on things such as slicing and explosives. Only her Master was able to save her skills in those areas. But Jayda is quite content as a Knight, and is making no plans to change her behavior anytime soon.

Weapons: One regular length lightsaber with a silver-blue blade, a short lightsaber with an amber blade, and an all black combat knife with a non-reflective surface.
Appearance: 5’ 11” short light brown hair, blue eyes, goatee. Wears dark grey Echani fiber armor.
Other: Will Kelvar’s family ran a freighting business. As a result of the Jedi Civil War they found ready employment with the Republic military hiring out their freighter fleet and using their business connections to supply Republic garrisons with commodities unavailable through military channels. Will was born on board one of the family freighters during a supply run to one of these garrisons. As a result there is no planet he definitively calls home although both his parents came from Kuat. Three years later when his parents were delivering supplies to the Telos garrison they ran into a group of Jedi Masters who were negotiating to set up a small Jedi enclave on the surface. This group of Jedi Masters determined he was Force sensitive and took him away for training. At age eight he returned once again to Telos, this time as a Jedi Apprentice and as one of the first groups of students to train at the Telos Jedi enclave. It was here he discovered his natural gift for stealth, making many expeditions into the dens of the local predator wildlife. At age 13 he became the Padawan of Master Fa’vill Lorwen who was the head of the Jedi commandos that were formed in reaction to the Sith Assassins. They were trained to work both independently and alongside the regular commandos of the Republic military. As part of his training he became skilled in slicing and reconnaissance but is most skilled in a range of stealth oriented Force techniques, including Force Cloak, and perception enhancing techniques.

Appearance: 6'6" A well built Chagrian with light blue skin. Wears dark brown Jedi robes.
Other: Lorn Ventor grew up like any other Jedi. He was taken by the Jedi as an infant and trained under a master until he reached Knighthood. He is now an experienced Jedi Knight who is anxiously awaiting his promotion to Jedi Master. Ventor has the characteristics of someone twice his age: moodiness and a suspicion of droids and most technology.

Weapon: A Pair of dark silver-blue lightsabers that can be connected end to end into a dual bladed saber, and a San-Ni staff. His San-Ni staff when deactivated resembles a baton 50 centimeters in length. Activated only by grabbing each half of the baton, twisting, then pulling them apart. The ten centimeter long stun prod then springs from each end of the staff, and two high-voltage power couplings would crackle to life in between the three pieces. Activated, the San-Ni triples in length to 150 centimeters. The electrical discharge from the prods are powerful enough to shear off limbs, cook flesh, and a near miss would give severe burns to an enemy.
Appearance: 6'2" A solid built Corellian with a sun tanned skin, brown hair, and trimmed brown beard. Nykon rarely wears his dark gray Jedi robes, feeling they get in his way. He prefers instead a more traditional spacers garb. His Vest has a special shoulder holster that holds his weapons, while keeping them out of sight. Nykon is a lethal adversary when unarmed, but even more so with his Sabers or San-Ni staff. He's been known to don armor as well when the need arises.
Other: Nykon Graves has been a Jedi wanderer for longer then he remembers. He travels around the Galaxy bringing light to the darkness he finds. He was awarded a Dynamic-class freighter as a thank you from the planet Ord Rytello for his part in the liberation of the planet from a band of pirates. Nykon uses his small freighter to continue following the Will of the Force, wherever it may lead him.

Appearance: Reaver no longer has a copareal form- his appearance is whomever he's possessed.
Other: Reaver sees himself as the Last of the Sith. He sees the Sith that have risen while he was locked away in his Sith Holocron prision as play actors. Jedi pretenders who became open to the Dark Side's power. He'd like nothing more then to wipe out both the Jedi and the Sith. Reaver is a Master of the Force. He's got more tricks then most Sith have rivals. He was betrayed long ago and forced into a Sith Holocron and was kept like a trinket in a library- All his scrolls and books had all been stolen from him by the ones who were once his brothers. His fellow Sith had stolen his teachings, his library, his body, everything. And worse still, they used it as a foundling place to start their own library Veeshas Tuwan. After they stole all his knowledge, then had his body stripped away and his spirit trapped within the Holocron. For well over 100 years he was but a part of his own library, and put to use by the ones who had betrayed him.
The library was on Arkadia, which was now long gone.

Reaver was a master of many tricks One was an ability to amplify Dark Tendencies. It was a technique one could use to siphon ones rage into a current that broadcasted out into the Force like a hidden wave. One wouldn't feel the Dark Side at work on them. And the pure wouldn't be effected at all. But for some Jedi, it would amplify their darker emotions. It would also amplify Force powers connected to emotions. But in the manner applied, the technique was ingeniousness, no Jedi would notice his use of the Dark Side because the current was like a black hole sucking in his power and sending it unseen or noticed to his victims. .

Weapon: Yellow lightsabre (reverse grip) and short sword
Appearance: Human, 5'4", dark hair, lightly tanned, wears dark green Jedi robes. Slender, ahtelic, missing two fingers of his left hand, Corellian but grew up on Duro. Bears the Corellian blood stripes. These may have been stolen, rather than earned.
Other: Grew up on Duros, working in a spice mine until he was five, discovered by the Jedi Watchman of the sector and sent to Corellia for training there before being a padawan under the same Watchman, Selli Voors. While he is a Sentinal, he likes a fight, diving in often without thinking, specialising in Makashi with elements of the aggressive Ataru. Very good at making things, and loves architecture. Belligerent, cocky and supremely confidant in his abilities, and sometimes his faith is not misplaced. Usually, in a tight spot, his first thought is, 'how does this affect me?' but will otherwise help his allies. Failed Jedi Trials but passed for 'special dispensation', where he then left to travel the galaxy for a year, before showing up at the Jedi Temple on Coruscant with Doc in tow, whom he trained to hide his thoughts from probing Jedi. Unsure why this is the case.

Other: While in the medical profession, showing proficiency in fixing battle wounds and head injuries, he appears to be rather fussy with his appearance and somewhat squeamish (not afraid of blood, but rather that he'd not get it on his attire), crossing the road simply to avoid a puddle and has a habit in wearing full protective gear when performing medical procedures and going out on expeditions where the weather could dirty his apparel. Has admitted to committing several acts of piracy, where he learned his blaster-craft, earning sharpshooter proficiency. Is somewhat hesitant to the point of violence to talk of his past. Extremely courteous otherwise. Can drink anyone under the table.

The Knights of Pain: The Knights of Pain were a select few Sith Assassins originally trained by Darth Sion, the Lord of Pain. They were knowledgeable in all of the same stealth oriented Force powers and techniques as their normal Sith Assassin brethren. While the Knights of Pain never were able to obtain Darth Sion's immortality through embracing their own pain they were instructed in how to turn pain into power, combining their ability to use the Force strength of their enemies with an ability to use pain to give them additional strength. The Knights of Pain were notorious for their brutal methods of killing enemies because the more painful the death the more powerful a Knight of Pain became; they were also notoriously hard to kill because they were capable of turning their own pysical pain into added strength, the Jedi that mistakenly tried to wound a Knight of Pain into submission would only find the fight more difficult the more wounded the Knight of Pain became.
Will Kelvar's final mission as a Jedi Commando was fighting a remnant of The Knights of Pain. These Knights had lost their ability to use Force Cloak and instead employed stealth fields when stealth was required. After the events of KOTOR 2 the Knights of Pain formally disbanded along with the Sith Assassins. Some Knights of Pain remnants turned to piracy for survival, other remnants turned to piracy to to fund attempts to bring about a new Sith Empire. Still others had abandoned their original desires to restore the Sith Empire in favor of protecting and enhancing power and wealth they had gained by carving out a territory in the fringes of the Mid Rim or Outer Rim. In all cases the Knights of Pain remnants used their Force powers to drive out all other pirate groups in a sector, later using their Force powers to maintain control (all pirate groups fearing to go into their territory because if caught they would be brutally tortured). At this point in time many were deemed Dark Jedi because they no longer followed the Sith Code or had any desire for power outside of their area of space, instead using the Dark Side as a tool to maintain control of the space in that area.
In all cases they disguise their organizations as a brutal underworld cult to hide their true nature. To this end they have adapted the training and ranks of the Knights of Pain into a cult format. Adhering to their origins an aspiring Knight must demonstrate their ability to torture before gaining rank. Prisoners from raids are typically used for this purpose. Desertion or any attempt to betray the Knights is punished by being tortured to death, often in conjunction with trials of another Knight seeking promotion.
The Knights of Pain Ranks and Insignia are as follows:
Recruit: A circular patch with red trim, white background with a single blood red hand. This symbolizes a recruit's lack of knowledge in inflicting pain beyond the brutal hands on methods of common thugs. They must first master the art of inflicting near lethal pain with their hands and simple everyday tools before they can be promoted.
Apprentice:
A recruit has now begun to learn the ways of the Force. Having gained knowledge of the Dark Side, represented by the stars, an apprentice now has the ability to strike pain from afar, represented by the lightning bolt.
Knight of Pain:
Now a full fledged member. Their status of Knight is represented by their ability to mold the Force into a brutal tool of death, represented by the star skull, but their abilities to kill is a minor compared to their mastery of causing massive levels of pain at a distance, represented by the lightning bolts which are larger and more prominent than the skull.
Regardless of rank all members typically have hash marks on their clothing/armor. Red hash marks are awarded for especially brutal/slow (and very painful) kills or especially inventive torture methods. White hash marks are given out for shameful behavior. Namely, kills that were quick/merciful. If a member gets too many white marks an individual seeking fast promotion or significant prestige can have a shot at executing the shamed individual. Shamed individuals can also turn on one another in an effort to redeem themselves by executing another shamed individual. An execution that is successful results in instant promotion regardless of whether they have enough hash marks, significant prestige if maximum rank has been achieved, or being given a clean slate if they have white marks of their own. Failure to to go above and beyond cruelty in the process of executing the shamed individual results in a white mark for failing to be capable of executing a person of such low standing.
The Jedi Commandos: Formed in response to the threat posed by Sith Assassins each Jedi Commando was trained in covert operations. Capable of working alone, in groups or with regular Republic Commando units the Jedi Commandos worked in the shadows to locate and destroy hidden Sith cells spread throughout the Republic. Typically a Jedi Commando plantoon or company would be deployed to a sector alongside a similar sized Republic Commando unit. The Jedi Commandos numbered relatively few and at their peak never exceeded battalion strength. Each company had a Path Finder platoon (specializing in recon and infiltration), Guardian platoon (specializing in fighting Sith and heavy weapons), Tech platoon (specializing in electronics and vehicular warfare).
As the threat of the Sith diminished the Jedi Commandos adapted to being employed in counter-intelligence operations, rooting out Sith Assassin remnants, rebel cells, assisting sector forces locate and destroy dangerous underworld groups, or eliminating high priority targets identified by the Republic military or Jedi Order.
Because the Jedi Commandos used the Republic Commando strike first doctrine they were always viewed with some skepticism by the more hard line Council Members who had concerns that the Jedi Commandos might lead their members to the Dark Side. The Jedi Commandos were nevertheless seen as vital to the Jedi Order's survival. To placate the concerns of the hard line Council Members every two years Jedi Commandos underwent evaluation of their Force alignment. Any Jedi who failed to be satisfactorily light sided would be deactivated and spend a year under close supervision of the Council. After that year the Jedi would be reevaluated and either returned to their unit or be discharged from the Commandos and redistributed at the Council's discretion.
As time wore on the Jedi Commando ranks became dominated by Grey Jedi due to the unorthodox methods employed by the organization. By 3,802 BBY there was growing hostility towards the Jedi Commandos for this reason. Some fringe elements claimed that continued support of a Grey Jedi organization in all but name by the Jedi Council would lead to the corruption of all Jedi given enough time.
Motto: I am the silent watchman, I move in the light unseen and bring its illumination to the dark. The Force guides my eyes to see the unseen threats, my ears to hear the silent words of hate, and guides my hand to strike down the Assassins who would do harm to others. I am the silent watchman striking at the dark from the shadow of the light.
