This is the first (and only) episode I've watched of the new season. I enjoyed the back-and-forth banter between Anakin Skywalker and the Queen, and of course, Anakin and Obi-Wan. Smile Can't wait to see more Star Wars meets Gladiator next week!

Does anyone else think the Queen looks like a regurgitated version of Satine? It's just a bit too similar. That aside, I thought this was another good episode. It had action, twists, and a nice little character storyline going. I'd like to see how they get out of this. I can't really see any other solution than killing the queen, but the Jedi seem very hard pressed to avoiding that. It was the one thing I didn't understand: how did they hope to complete their mission? Did they really think they could force the Queen to let all the prisoners go?

Laughing You're right.

Great episode! I think retelling a story from the comics is a great move. Loving these episodes so far.

The episodes are getting much better, but holy crap this was depressing. Freaking Twilek killed herself...

Up untill now I haven't really recognized any of the old Boba in TCW's young Boba. I haven't seen him do anything in TCW that he needed any of Jango's training for nor has he really shown his "silent but deadly" side.
On top of that I'm recognizing less of the known bountyhunters, like Bossk.

To be honest TCW is coming to a point for me where my interrest in the show is fastly plummeting and I'm actually worried more about how great characters are more or less ruined for TCW's throw-away stories than I am wondering what cool stuff is coming next. Confused

He did attack that Republic cruiser, including a firefight with adult clones. And he wiped the floor with the other cadets, suggesting considerable training.

As for his personality, it was always too much to hope for that TCW would adhere to the EU's version of it. Now that Legends has been wiped away, it fits even better. Now Boba from the show is the premier example of his personality, cause we see more of it there than anywhere else.
