Not that there shouldn't be Star Wars kids books, but I don't remember this being advertised as such. I was simply hoping for an animated version of Star Wars, not a kid version. And I certainly hoped the book would be amazing in all ways that the movie may not be (haven't seen it, so don't really know about that yet). The only thing I really liked was the clones, and I suppose that's because Traviss pretty much owns that area, and can write really well there. I liked how we got to see what they were thinking when everyone was dying around them and how at times they just felt like, to borrow a term, cannon fodder.
So I'm not sure how to vote, because I did like the book, but not all that much. Guess I'll have to vote no. |
Yeah, I agree with you there. I also did like how she delved into the Hutts like she does with the Mandalorians, and how she had Palpatine's thoughts revealed. But apart from that, I didn't like it. (In other words, all I liked was KT's little bonuses). _________________
