I didn't mean exactly that. It wasn' t just her, but Lumiya and now Callista/Abeloth too. Luke's girls are a little... dangerous?

Reep, I really have to agree with you there. It's all getting so predictable. That's why I think I liked Riptide so much. Very unpredictable ending.

I like Seha more than I like Vestara, and I think Tahiri and Jysella are too old for Ben. It would be interesting if they introduced an entirely new character, but if I had to choose from existing characters, I would go with Seha.

You know what would be new and different? Ben finding a nice, normal Jedi girl when he's about, oh somewhere between 23 and 26. They have a nice, normal Jedi romance, no one dies or gets kidnapped or goes to the dark side and has to be redeemed. Then after a couple of years of dating they get married in a nice little ceremony.

Yeah, I know, not gonna happen.

Well, Palpatine did put a curse on the Skywalker bloodline before he died. I guess that's why terrible things keep happening to them.

That is pretty much what happened. Palpatine's last words were:

"You think you have won? If I am annihilated, my curse will be upon Skywalker blood forever!"

This curse has claimed Mara Jade, Anakin Solo, and Jacen Solo thus far.

The next story after Apocalypse can be the plotline to Castlevania II where Luke purposefully resurrects Palpatine to lift the curse. Then kills him again.

Although I guess technically the curse claimed Kol Skywalker too, which would seemingly preclude it, as he also died young.
