Yeah, I'm kind of having the same problem as last time; I came on to the forums in the morning, and for some reason it didn't log me in automatically, so I logged in and it said "0 posts since your last visit" so I think the site is counting when I came on in the morning as my last visit, so it didn't include any of the posts that had happened overnight. I don't know if anything can be done about this, but i'd just like to point it out.

I think that's exactly what the forums are doing, and it happens to me sometimes as well. Normally I'll just send my computer into sleep mode for the night, leaving the forum tab open, and even if it logs me out my missed posts will still show up when I log back in.

But, I think sometimes I'm logged in for too long or something, so it makes me sign back in. And when I've left it overnight, I'll hit refresh and it'll log me out, causing the same problem. I suppose this is just a case of me having to sign out at night Rolling Eyes

Sorry to double post;

The past couple of days the website hasn't been opening or loading; is that because of my Internet or the wesbite? (by the website, I mean these forums)

Sorry to hear. Not sure if it's your connection or not. I've no issues loading the page from my netbook of my old dino bot desktop.

That's strange. It's been working fine for me. I'm not sure how to fix the problem without seeing it happen - especially when others are telling me they've had no problems either. It may be on your end.

It's fine now, but you know how in the tab it says "EUCantina Forums :: Index", instead the tab said "http://eucantina.net/forums/index.php", so it was saying the address, not the page name and it loaded for a while before saaying "Cannot display webpage", but other sites worked... But other sites would load fine at the same time. No worries, it's fine now.

Hello,

I don't know if there's a way to fix this, but I wanted to notify you guys.

I was discussing science fiction movies in the Random Movie Musings thread, and the name Philip K. Dick got censored (just as I'm sure it did just now).

Is there a way to either uncensor the word (cause it's a person's name)? Or set up context somehow?

You can just subvert the censor like so if you wish... Philip K._Dick

I don't know if this is the right place for it, but since yesterday if I visit the EUCantina main page the tumbnails in the side bar (the links to the podcasts) are now replaced by a big white square from Flickr stating "the photo is currently unavailable".
The bad thing is that the square is way bigger than the sidebar and thus partly covers the articles Sad

@Ree'dius: Hmmm...that is most odd. I'm not seeing the same. What browser are you using?

In IE it's the same thing. Big Flickr square, but I can click it to get linked through to EU Tube (you can click it in Firefox also).
