Technically a Hutt would be really easy to do on a mountain. Their heads are already mountain shaped. You could actually just put eyes, nostril slits, and a mouth on a mountain and it would be a giant Hutt statue.

Guess I have Hutts on the brain.

More on topic, if they did a Sith-Rushmore, I'd think Palpatine would warrant a spot. Maybe Adas, Bane, Sidious, and Krayt.

(Just noticed this topic was originally for SWEU only characters, I think we can open this up to everyone now)

Lol, I'm wondering what the criterion everyone is using for their decisions are. Mara Jade is coming up a lot, but I don't know what she really has done to deserve a spot. If it's a consideration of importance to plot lines, I think Wedge, Thrawn, Jacen, and Shimrra/Onimi get the call, as each prove especially central to extended galactic war plots.

But if I'm going by favorites, I'd say Jacen, Corran, Janson, and Face.

Mara Jade: Obvious reasons. Strong female leads are cool!

Corran Horn: First character that wasn't from the films to have a book entirely about them. Signaled one of the first efforts to really build the grandeur of the EU

Thrawn: Who needs the Force to be menacing? Probably the best written antagonist in the entire EU

Tycho: If I could, I would have put Wedge here. But I can't, so Tycho is a suitable stand-in for the everyman, non-Jedi who proves that it's not just the Jedi who are Big Damn Heroes in the GFFA.

This is it for me. Though I might switch out Tycho for Gavin Darklighter. More because we saw his growth more then we did Tycho.

How about a Mt. Rushmore for the Jedi heroes of Luke's Order?

Obviously Anakin and Ganner. Jacen is in murky territory and I could see the in and out of universe crowds rioting over that one. I think Gantoris should be on there. He was one of Luke's first Jedi, and also one of the first students he lost. Going with Jedi who died in service, I think Dorsk 81 should be the fourth. (Yes, I'd leave Jacen off. He can have a monument all to himself somewhere)

Interesting question and thread.

I'd have to go with Mara, Thrawn, Revan, and Bane myself. Not for personal favorites but more casual fans would have heard of those characters. Quinlan would arguably be a movie character.
