Wot do u guys think to this: can i use MAD SCIENTIST for THE FLY starring jeff goldblum?

Must be 20 years Shocked since I've watched that movie.

I think you could use Mad scientist for it. He starts to mutate after an accident (right?), but it was his work that got him there.

My wife wants me to take her to see it. I told her that memory loss and loss of identity are among the things I fear the most, and therefore The Vow isn't a cute rom-com starring Rachel McAdams, but a horror film (and I don't watch those).

It's like someone in Hollywood said "Hey! Let's think of the most intrinsically terrifying things in the world, and make them into comedies!"

And then someone else said "Good idea! I'll take Cancer!" and made 50/50.

And then someone else said "I'll do loss of self!" and made The Vow.

My mind shudders to think of where they'll go next.

Indeed. Out of curiosity, does anyone know of a horror (genre) movie that does have a body count of 0?

It's been so long since I've seen Poltergeist that I can't even remember what happens in it. And House on a Haunted Hill sounds familiar, but I don't think I've seen it. Well, two reasons to watch them, now!

Do documentaries count? I just watched an hour long documentary on the pyramids and I'm wondering if I should include it in my list.

EDIT: Never mind. Embarassed

I've just finished watching Star Wars Uncut: Director's Cut
Link for the film: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7ezeYJUz-84

Is that movie allowed since it's a fan made remake of SW?
I've already put it under #150, so let me know if I should remove it from my list.

Oh egads, that's a REALLY good question.

Any thoughts, fellow players?

I think it could be a bit of a slippery slope, but I'm inclined to think this particular one is acceptable.

If someone can sit through the whole thing, I say give it to him. Laughing

Sorry to bother you. I was hoping to check if the following categories and films fit:

177. Utopian - Tron: Legacy.
463. Tokyo, Japan - Last Samurai.

For the first, I thought that would be appropriate, because Clue tries to - and perhaps creates - a perfect world. For the second, I don't remember if it was explicitly stated that they were in Tokyo, but I'm guessing they were, because it makes sense to have the Imperial Court in the capital (though if they had a different capital back then, I don't know).
