That was awesome! I really wanted that Abeloth picture to be one of the pictures though lol, too bad. The ones we got were great though. Loved them, especially the shot of Shimmra.

Good article; good questions and answers. I'm really curious as to how he tackled the 3 million clones thing.

Not really my thing, but I enjoyed the interview and the book looks like a really good one for those that dig on the reference material. The pictures are great, glad we got to see those here.

Great interview. It was cool to hear how the project got turned over to Fry and what Paul's role was. Plus that image of Ackbar, Garm Bel Iblis, and Mon Mothma is one of my favorites from the book.

So sad to hear about the cut content thought. Makes me really hope for a bonus online compendium or something.

It says that the caption was corrected to Bail Organa. Just for the heck of it, anyone happen to know who it said before?

Bail Antilles. That's what Del Rey gave us as a caption. Don't know if it will appear that way in the book.

I actually can't wait for this. I don't usually buy the guides because I just don't need them, but this sounds cool enough that I really want it

Some of my favorite parts of the book were the in-character excerpts. For instance, some of the character bios are told by other characters. There's also a pretty cool recap of the NJO told by an unknown narrator.

Out of curiosity, does it give a date for when that picture is set? I was thinking in maybe 1 BBY, since Garm is there, but I didn't know Ackbar was a part of the alliance (or at least, one of the higher ups) that early.

In the novel version of The Force Unleashed II, Ackbar becomes a fairly prominent Rebel by orchestrating a fairly large battle on Dac. That takes place in 1 BBY, I believe.

There's not a hard date for the picture. It's simply set around the time of the Rebellion. However, since they're all looking at an X-wing, I'd say it was when Incom handed over the plans for the X-wing starfighter.

I always thought Ackbar escaped from Tarkin 1-2 years before Yavin since, he pioleted the shuttle that Tarkin used to examin the Death Star as it was being built. He's shown as being Tarkin's slave in the novel Death Star.

^ That's what I thought. Still, thanks for the information, Taral. I haven't read TFUII.
