The last of the family. Any thoughts on him? Comments on recent events?

I don't like him currently, he's too self-obsessed and whiny, playing with the Dark Side etc, but the bigger problem for me is that I can't see how he could credibly change, turn to be a real hero so that one could really care about him and his activities.

I admit that currently he looks like a guy who could really play a big part in the downfall of the One Sith, but he doesn't look like a guy who would have much use the day after, when the re-building starts. He is no Luke. To me he feels like an anti-hero who will either die in the final, decisive battle, or walk away and disappear after it.

I've never liked Cade from issue 2. I read the first seven issues and found him exactly as Rogue77 defines him--it's a similar feeling I get from Ben, but it does look like he's going to become more like his dad. I haven't been following Cade's character since issue 7, but I doubt I'm missing much (too whiny).

He hasn't changed. There has been moments where it has looked like he would be changing to better and then the next issue he has Sith eyes again. For every step forward he seems to take one backwards too.

He's a very...interesting character to say the least. I think if he finally chooses one side or the other he will become more favorable to me.

Cade greatly annoys me. He's just a whiny baby who seems like 'woe is me, life could never work' all the time. He reminds me of another character from another series, but it escapes me at the moment. I can't bring myself to read Legacy except sporadically.

Like I've said before I'm not caught up with Legacy (But I've ordered Broken, Shards and Claws of the Dragon), but from what I have seen (issues 1-6), he seems like an awesome character. His uncertainty is very relateable.

Wow; no wonder I say he's so much like Ben Skywalker (or the other way around).

And I don't relate to these characters much at all. When unfair things happen to me, I've realized it's a lot easier to get over them than keep dwelling on them; when Cade, Ben, or Jacen complain about how unfair their lives are, I just think they should take their lives and make them fair (within reason, of course, which is why I disagree with Jacen's solution). They do have the "Force" to do it!! Laughing Smile *oh, what a terrible pun*

Yes, that was terrible, Aush. But we'll forgive you. Very Happy

I like to mope, personally. But not to the levels that these poor characters do! It makes me aggravated when they can't move on! Grrr...

I really love inner conflict, so I can't say much.

Cade seems to be going nuts just wondering, but...

I've got all the legacy comics and up to issue 39 he is still doing the whole "I am not a jedi/I am not a sith" thing.

Jesus Christ already, S**T or get off the pot.

I think eventually they are going to have him head in the right direction, but what exactly is the hold-up? Or maybe keep him a drifter but have a child with someone who falls into line with the skywalker legacy.

I like the legacy comics, but I think they are wasting a potentially good character.

Wow I used to really like Cade. Shocked He's gotten on my nerves now too, just so you know.

Yeah I wonder what learning his torrid family details will do to his POV.......
